Compensation & Benefit Specialist

Reporting directly to HR General Manager, the incumbent is in charge of managing the overall compensation and benefit function, ensuring it highly supports the corporation’s strategic HR. The job also includes conducting job value market analysis regularly, ensuring the corporate remuneration management meets the market values..

The following qualification :

  • Having extensive experience in similar function in corporation, preferably corporation with diverse business lines
  • Having good knowledge of comprehensive HR Management System and various C&B methodology
  • Analytical, systematic, accurate along with result oriented attitude
  • Communicative and persuasive which is supported by English proficiency
  • Minimum S-1 graduate from reputable universities
  • Age is around 30 years old
